In 1999,Lumileds Co. in California,United States invented white high-octane halogen LED.In 2001,Arc Flashlight Co. put this halogen lamp into flashlight.
LED may use lesser electricity to throw off stronger lamp-house.So it is more abstemious than traditional electric bulb.
This kind of flashlight has longer batteries life,some of which can use hundreds of hours.
One cacodoxy about LED is that the LED unlikely heat.While low energy LED throws off laigh quantity of heat,high-octane LED throws off high quantity of heat.
